The T2 is a modern vintage condenser microphone. Its response is smooth and reminiscent of the classic condenser microphones of decades past. A true studio workhorse, it excels in all applications, whether it's recording vocals, acoustic instruments, or a grand piano, or using overheads for drums, wind instruments, and electric guitar walls of sound.

While the sE4400 has gold-sputtered diaphragms, the T2 uses titanium. Why? Because it's better. Titanium is 33% harder and 300% lighter than gold. This results in an impressive transient response, perfect for capturing sources that shine with their attack: drums, cymbals, hand percussion, double bass, etc.
