Our Fret Shield (patented) provides complete fretboard protection on a 635 mm scale instrument with 24 frets, allowing you to polish the frets properly. Say goodbye to masking tape and save time and money with this reusable protector, which installs in seconds, protects the fretboard, and lasts for more than one hundred uses.

Made of stainless steel with a thickness of 0.20 mm. Its manufacturing process leaves no burrs or sharp edges, so it protects the fretboard without damaging it.

Its tapered design features slots measuring from the first fret (3.18 mm * 52.679 mm) to the last fret (3.18 mm * 63.426 mm), and fits all types of frets (from narrow to jumbo) on 6- or 7-string guitars.

The Fret Shield is installed using an elastic system for maximum security, without ever damaging the instruments’ finish. Thanks to this elastic system, the Fret Shield also easily adapts to the fretboard radius.

Tested and designed for use with polishing pads, polishing discs, or any other polishing system.
